Light magnitude earthquake occur in Himachal Pradesh

Indian Meteorological department said here today that a light magnitude earthquake occurred in this capital own early this morning,however people did not experience the tremor.
Spokesperson of IMD said in a press release that the magnitude of the earthquake recorded two onRichter scale. The epicentre of the earthquake was in the hill near Shimla at latitude of 31.38 degrees Northand Lognitude of 77.97 degrees East  and depth of five km. 
No loss of life and property was reported in the earthquake as it was felt around 0408 hrs when people were in deep sleep.
