Kuldeep Singh Rathore’s birthday celebrated at Rajiv Bhawan Shimla

On the birthday of All India Congress Committee spokesperson, Theog MLA, former State Congress President Kuldeep Singh Rathore, party workers and his supporters celebrated with great joy and congratulated him amidst the beating of drums at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan today. His supporters from all over the state in large numbers, including his supporters and party workers from Theog Assembly constituency, garlanded Rathore with flowers and danced to greet him with great enthusiasm.
During this, State Congress President Pratibha Singh, former Minister Thakur Kaul Singh, Shimla city MLA Harish Janartha, State Cooperative Bank Chairman Devendra Shyam, Congress Vice President Vineet Gautam, Meheshwar Chauhan, Shimla Municipal Corporation Mayor Surendra Chauhan, Deputy Mayor Uma Kaushal and councilors, Advocate General Anoop Ratna, Additional Advocate General I N Mehta, besides many additional and deputy advocates general, District Shimla Urban Congress President Jitendra Chaudhary, State Women Congress President Zainab Chandel, General Secretary Yashpal Tanaiik, Ritesh Kapret, Congress Secretary Harikrishna Himral, Satyajit Negi, Rajesh Verma, Theog Block President Kanwar Narendra Singh, Ses Ram Azad, Harichand Sharma, Satish Chandel, Gopal Sharma, besides block presidents from various districts, Women Congress, Youth Congress, Seva Dal, NSUI, many senior advocates of the State High Court, many senior party officials were specially present on this occasion.
Pratibha Singh congratulated Rathore on his birthday on behalf of the Congress party and wished him a healthy and long life. She said that Rathore is a pillar of the Congress party who is not only an MLA but also the national spokesperson of the Congress. She said that she is grateful to Rathore for the work he did for strengthening the party while he was the state president in the past and on behalf of the party, she wishes him a happy birthday.
Kuldeep Rathore thanked the party workers present for this honour and said that he has come into politics to serve the people. He said that politics is not a profession for him, it is a path of service on which he always tries to walk.
Rathore remembered former Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh and said that his blessings were always with him. Getting emotional, he said that Virbhadra Singh is his source of inspiration and will always remain so. He said that he is thankful to all the senior leaders of the party for the support he received during his tenure as the state president. He said that today he decided to celebrate his birthday with the party workers in the party office because they are all important members of his family. He said that his entire family, his wife, son, daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law are also present with the party workers in today’s program. He said that he expects the Congress government of the state to give full respect to the party workers. He said that the Congress government has been formed in the state only on the strength of the party workers. Therefore, they should get full respect.
He thanked all the senior party leaders, officials and workers present for their love for him on this special day and said that all these great people are his source of inspiration and he thanks them all for organising this special day.

During this period, State Congress President and former MP Pratibha Singh also released the book Samvad written by Kumarsain’s litterateur Hitendra Sharma.

On the occasion of Kuldeep Singh Rathore’s birthday today at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan, Kumarsain’s famous businessman and social worker Rakesh Verma and party workers from Theog Assembly Constituency presented cheques of Rs 2 lakh 1 thousand each to the Rogi Kalyan Samiti Civil Hospital Theog, Kumarsain and Kotgarh, totalling Rs 6 lakh 3 thousand to MLA Kuldeep Singh Rathore.
Rathore expressed his gratitude for this noble work.
