Kuldeep Rathore accused BJP for misusing money power

Congress President Kuldeep Singh Rathore has accused the ruling BJP of intimidating people, and of misusing money power, government machinery  in the four by-elections being held in the state.
Rathore has accused the BJP government that the BJP is killing democracy. Large quantity of alcohol in Rampur was caught by public only, in flagged vehicles of the BJP party. It is exposing the condition of the law and order and security of the state. 
Rathore said that the Election Commission has become a puppet in the hands of the BJP. Neither any cognizance is being taken of the complaints of violation of the model code of conduct  nor any action is being taken upon it.
Mr. Rathore has asked the Election Commission to strictly imply the model code of conduct in the state and keep a close watch on the money power of the government. 
The Congress would be forced to take a tough stand against it. He has said that a criminal case should be registered against the BJP leaders who sent liquor to Rampur.
