Keylong shivers at minus 15.2 degree C

The ice cold wave plummet night temperature in Himachal Pradesh as Keylong shivered at minus 15.2 degree Celsius in Lahaul-Spiti district and five degrees below normal, the Met Office said.
Minimum temperature of Kalpa in Kinnuar minus 4.6 degrees, tourist resort Kufri (Shimla) minus two degrees, Manali (Kullu) minus 0.2 degrees, Solan one degrees, Kangra and Chamba 2.3 degrees each, Shimla 3.8 degrees, Dharmshala 4.2 degrees, Dalhousie three degrees and Hamirpur six degrees.
Including three National Highway 181 roads were snowbound and power/ water supply couldn’t restored 81 and 44 places the state.
Vehicular traffic was restored partly between Manali-Keylong (NH-3) along Atal Tunnel Rohtang after clearing snow from Solang of Kullu to Sisu of Lahaul-Spiti district as one-way trafic is being allowed . 
District Administeration is permitting local residents of Lahaul Spiti and Pangi in four by four vehicles and Tata- Sumo (with chains) however Tourist vehicles are not allowed to go to upside from the Tourist resort Manali.
