Justice Ravi Kumar Malimath of Himachal elevated as Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh

Himachal Pradesh acting chief justice Ravi Vijaykumar Malimath elevated as Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh in a notification issued by President of India issue today said.
In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article (217) of constitution of India the president is pleased to appoint Ravi Kumar Malimath judge of Himachal Pradesh High court to be chief justice of High Court of Madhya Pradesh with effect to date of assuming charge of his duty, notification said.
