Jal Jeevan Mission, National Highway Project gift to Himachal by Central Government: BJP

 BJP State General Secretaries Trilok Kapoor, Trilok Jamwal and Rakesh Jamwal said that Himachal Pradesh has always been provided more help by the central government than expected.

Billions of developmental works are going on in Himachal Pradesh under the leadership of the Central Government and even when Jairam Thakur’s government was sitting in Himachal Pradesh, development works were done in Himachal Pradesh from the point of view of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and National Highway.

Whether we talk about Jal Jeevan Mission, the central government has always worked giving priority to Himachal Pradesh.

He said that all the schemes that the Congress government of Himachal Pradesh is talking about for approval are the projects of the time of the BJP government, so far in the last 3 months the Himachal government has not done anything new that it can talk about in public.

The Government of Himachal Pradesh has only tried to change the name of the schemes.

He said that the budget was never stopped by the Central Government in Jal Jeevan Mission and earlier when Jairam Thakur’s government was working in Himachal Pradesh, more than 17 lakh drinking water connections were installed in Himachal Pradesh and the last state budget 2772 crore was received from Himachal.

So far Himachal has achieved the target of providing 98 percent drinking water connections.

BJP leaders said that if we talk from the point of view of four learning, then Shimla Mataur, Pathankot Mandi National Highway are the projects of the central government of BJP and Jairam Thakur government has put it on the ground.

He said that the central government is committed to prepare a four-lane road from Shimla to Matour worth about Rs 10,000 crore and from Pathankot to Mandi worth about Rs 12,000 crore.

BJP leaders said that we would like to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his entire team that the way the central government has worked for Himachal Pradesh to reach the ground is amazing.
