Interview for the post of Aaya Helper in 56 schools of Mashobra on 16th January

The posts of Aaya/Helper in 56 primary schools of Mashobra block are to be filled through out-sourcing. For which walk-in interviews have been held on January 16 by S&B Main Power Venture Company Chakkar Shimla. Whereas in April last year, the fee for the post of Aaya/Helper was Rs 500. Sanjeev Sharma, director of the out-source company, said that these walk-in interviews have been held for those women who were not able to fill the forms for these posts last year. He said that the women who had filled the forms last year are not required to come for the interview.
Meanwhile, Shimla District BJP spokesperson Jitendra Bhotka, former vice-presidents of the Saksham Gudiya Board, Rupa Sharma and Shashank Atri, in a joint statement, said that interviews for outsourced maids and helpers are merely formalities, and women are being made to incur unnecessary expenses for attending interviews. Last year, Nailet, a company that charged women ₹500 per form for maid/helper positions, grossly inflicting injustice on the women of the state. Outsourced companies claim that lists for these positions are being sent to the relevant minister and the Chief Minister’s office, where selections will be made by them. Similarly, the ₹800 fee for the post of Patwari is strangling educated youth, especially those from poor families. They said that there is no government in the state. The ministers are busy fighting among themselves and have no concern for the people of the state.
