Inquiry order into Timber Trail incident: CM

Himachal Pradesh Government ordered inquiry order into Timber Trail cable van accident at Parwanoo in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh.  Chief Minister was interacting with the journalists present today after all the 11 passengers trapped in the cable car were rescued safely at Timber Trail located in Parwanoo, Solan.

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that the State Government is always determined to protect the precious human life.  

 The Chief Minister said that the State Government has issued orders for an inquiry into the incident.

 Earlier, the Chief Minister, who was present at a program in Hamirpur, informed the Union Home Minister Amit Shah about the incident on telephone and sent a team of NDRF for the safety of the tourists.  urged.  On getting information about the accident, the Chief Minister himself reached Parwanoo from Hamirpur.  He got information about this incident from the officials present and the operator of Timber Trail Hotel.Jai Ram Thakur interacted with all the 11 people who were safely rescued in this incident and inquired about their well being. He said that appropriate steps would be taken to ensure that such incidents do not recur.He also interacted with the team of Timber Trail Hotel and the team of NDRF personnel who contributed to the rescue work on the occasion and expressed their gratitude for saving precious human lives in time.State BJP co-in-charge Sanjay Tandon, Shimla Lok Sabha constituency MP and state BJP president Suresh Kashyap, other BJP officials, Deputy Commissioner Solan Kritika Kulhari, Superintendent of Police Solan Virendra Sharma, officers and employees of NDRF and senior officers of other departments were present on the occasion.
