Infighting in Congress at its peak: Bihari

BJP State General Secretary Bihari Lal Sharma said that the infighting in the Congress party is at its peak.

Incidents are coming to light one after the other in the entire state, District Congress President and former minister Prakash Chaudhary has resigned from all posts and membership of the party. He has given information by posting on social media. When the public spoke to him on phone, Choudhary told that he was hurt by the interference being done by APMSC Chairman Sanjeev Guleria in his home assembly constituency. That is why he has said goodbye to the party. Those who worked to defeat him in the elections are being given preference today.

The state president of Congress herself has come out in support of this.

He said that this is not the first time that such stories have become public about the Congress party.

Even in the first week of February, Congress’s factionalism was exposed by ignoring the supporters of CM Sukhu at Bakhali Nature Park in Siraj in the Sarkar Gaon Dwar program. It so happened that Chetram Thakur, State Congress Secretary and Congress candidate from Siraj, had organized this program. MP Pratibha Singh and PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh were present in the ceremony. State Congress Secretary Jagadish Reddy, a supporter of CM Sukhu, also attended the program along with his supporters. But Chetram did not even take Reddy’s name on the stage nor gave him a chance to speak. Due to this Reddy and his supporters left the program. Reddy had alleged that Chetram had made the program not a government-public program but Chetram Private Limited. The Congress leader had alleged that the people of Siraj have rejected Chetram but Pratibha and Vikramaditya Singh are not giving up their attraction for Chetram Private Limited.

The factionalism and infighting of Congress is clearly visible in all the parliamentary constituencies of Kangra, Hamirpur, Shimla and Mandi in the state. The statements of Rajindra Rana, Sudhir Sharma, Kuldeep Rathore, Anand Sharma and many leaders confirm this.
