Incompetence of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences: NEET PG Exam Postponed Just Hours Before Start

NBEMS has revealed its true colors. The NEET PG exam was postponed just 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Amid recent scandals related to CUET, NEET-UG, UGC NET, and UGC CSIR discrepancies, NBEMS has proven to be incompetent. The NEET PG exam, a qualifying entrance exam for MS/MD programs in medical colleges, was announced as postponed only 12 hours before the exam time.

The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) Himachal Pradesh state committee strongly condemns the anti-student activities of the central ministry and NBEMS. The ministry will not be shielded from the growing anger of students by dismissing the NTA director for show. We confirm that due to several national examination discrepancies in recent days, the student community is united against the central ministry.

SFI demands:

  1. NTA and NBEMS should be completely dismantled with immediate effect.
  2. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan should take responsibility and resign immediately.
  3. Students affected by the untimely postponement of the CSIR-UGC NET and NEET PG exams should be fully compensated by the government.

SFI state president Anil Thakur warned the Modi government that if proper action is not taken, students will take to the streets to demand their rights and will lead a fierce movement.
