In the government of friends, Devbhoomi is ashamed: Chetan

BJP spokesperson Chetan Baragata said that while the government of friends in the state is busy saving its position, the law and order situation in Himachal Pradesh is deteriorating.

He said that a shocking case has come to light in Himachal Pradesh where a shopkeeper of a Chaupal was raping school girls by calling them to his shop, this shopkeeper has been accused of raping 11 minor girls. This is a serious crime from the point of view of law and order and women’s safety and overall this subject is worrisome. Certainly, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act, but strict action should be taken by the government and administration regarding this matter. According to our information, the accused was luring school girls for a long time, when a girl informed the teacher about this in the school, a meeting was called on June 15, in which it was known that this person has done disgusting acts with not one but 11 minor girls. Regarding this, the school administration and the villagers lodged a report with the police yesterday on June 19, the accused is said to be a resident of Bhudag Khagna Chaupal.

He said that BJP demands that the administration should take strict action on this matter and the state government should take concrete steps for women’s safety.

Although law and order is continuously deteriorating in Himachal Pradesh, murder, rape, double murder, looting money at gunpoint has become a common process in Himachal which is not in public interest. A situation like jungle raj has arisen in the state during the tenure of the Congress government, but the government seems to be silent on the whole matter.
