If you are unable to conceive despite trying repeatedly, then you may need to change your habits. Here we will discuss those methods which can lead to early pregnancy:

Try to conceive at the right age

Generally, women are more fertile between the ages of 18 and 28, so try to conceive during this time. After this, their fertility gradually starts decreasing and the ovarian reserve also decreases. Therefore, if you are not able to conceive even after repeated attempts, then contact the doctor immediately.

Periods should be regular

It is very important for ovulation to be regular for pregnancy, so women should keep a record of their periods. If your periods are regular, then it is a sign that your fertility is good, eggs are being produced on time and you can conceive soon.

Do not get an abortion

Often people conceive without planning and then try to abort, but by doing this, one may have to face problems in future pregnancies, so do not get an abortion once you get pregnant.

Try pregnancy during ovulation days

Women are very fertile during ovulation, so by having unprotected sex during this time, you can conceive soon. Therefore, women should have correct information about their ovulation days.

Keep your weight under control
