HP CoM approves filling of 100 posts of JOA and 50 Clerks

The Meeting of State Cabinet was held here today which was presided over by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur and decided to fill up 100 posts of Clerks in place of Junior Office Assistant (IT) in H.P. Secretariat on contract basis besides filling up 50 posts of Clerks against the anticipated vacancy of clerks during the year 2022 and 2023.
In order to double the farmers income by enhancing production and productivity of traditional crops and to improve nutritional security and income of growers, the Cabinet decided to implement ‘Swaran Jayanti Paramparagat Beej Suraksha Avam Samvardhan Yojna’ in the State.

The Cabinet gave its approval for procurement, supply and distribution of school bags under ‘Atal School Vardi Yojna’ to the school students of class 1st, 3rd,6th and 9th on the basis of e-tender by Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. For the year 2020-21 from L-1 bidder M/s Highspirit Commercial Ventures Private Ltd. This would benefit about three lakh students studying in different government schools of the State, on which an amount of Rs 9 crore would be spent.

It gave its nod to provide abatement/relaxation of toll fees for the year 2020-21 of Toll Units keeping in view the representations received from toll lessees especially from those  who have got the toll unit renewed on full value with the request that the substantial abatement/relaxation in toll fees as well as payment of monthly instalments be given to them as inward traffic with effect from June, 2020 to September, 2020 was badly affected and only vehicle applying essential commodities were allowed to enter the State.

The Cabinet decided to extend the contract of M/s TATA Consultancy Services with effect from 1st May, 2021 to 30 April, 2022 exclusively of any taxes at the cost of Rs. 6.18 crore with the condition that the Excise Department would place a mechanism to take over the running of services internally.

It also gave its nod to introduce The Sardar Patel University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Bill, 2021 in Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly for setting up of new University at Mandi.

To promote sustainable transport system for making Himachal Pradesh a global hub for electric mobility development and manufacturing of electric vehicles and to create public and private charging infrastructure for electric vehicles besides providing subsidy and incentives to the electric vehicles manufacturing industries, the Cabinet approved the Draft Electric Vehicle Policy.

It decided to open new Sub Tehsil at Rey in Fatehpur tehsil of Kangra district alongwith creation of 12 posts of different categories.

It also decided to upgrade Sub Tehsil Junga to Tehsil in Shimla district.

The Cabinet gave its approval to open new Sub Tehsil at Jari in Bhuntar tehsil of Kullu district alongwith creation of 12 posts of different categories.

It also gave its nod to reduce stamp duty to the nominal amount of Rs. 10 on the Hypothecation Agreements for loan sanctioned to the Street Vendors, rehriwala etc. under PM SVA Nidhi Scheme applicable in urban areas.

It gave its nod to create new Jal Shakti Sub Division at Shawad in Ani Vidhan Sabha area of Kullu district.

It also gave its nod to open new Jal Shakti Sub Division at Churag and a new Jal Shakti Section at (Sawa Mahu) Mahunag in Karsog area of Mandi district alongwith creation of four posts of different categories.

It also decided to open a new Jal Shakti Division at Killar ( Pangi) and new Jal Shakti Sub Division at Sach (Pangi) in Bharmour area of Chamba district.

The Cabinet decided to open new Government Primary Schools at village Tatari, Gram Panchayat Sunara, Education Block Maihla, village Atala,  Gram Panchayat Fati Gaihra, Education Block Gaihra, Village Pushwash Chask, Gram Panchayat Sechoo and Village Tawan, Gram Panchayat Shoon, Education Block Pangi at Killar in Bharmour Vidhan Sabha area of Chamba district.

It also gave its consent to open new Primary Schools at village  Rains in Drang Vidhan Sabha area and at village Chiral in Sundernagar Vidhan Sabha area of Mandi district.

It also decided to upgrade Government Primary School Devari, Block Ani  in Kullu district to Government Middle School alongwith creation and filling up of three posts of different categories.

It gave its nod to start mathematics classes in Government Degree College Kandaghat in Solan district.

It gave its ex post facto approval of Letter of Award alongwith approval for 4 years in respect of Letter of Award to Medswan Foundation including the signing of tripartite agreement for operation and maintenance of NAS-108/JSSK-102 ambulances alongwith the Call Centre services in the State.

It decided to open Primary Health Centre at Saroa and Health Sub Centre at Bassi in Mandi district alongwith creation of requisite posts.

It also decided to open Health Sub Centre at Doongdhari Gar (Loog Valley) in Kullu district alongwith creation of requisite posts.

It also decided to upgrade Primary Health Centre Jamni to Community Health Centre in Sarkaghat vidhan sabha area of Mandi district alongwith creation of requisite posts.

The Cabinet gave its nod to provide 0-12-00 hectare land at Mohal Ropri, tehsil and district Kullu in favour HPSEB Ltd. on lease amount of Rs.1200 per year for setting up of 33/11 KV 2×1.16 MVA Sub Division at Bhutti for 99 years.

It also gave its nod to transfer 766 sq. meters land at Motitibba for Air Force Station Dalhousie in favour of Indian Air Force Ministry of Defence Government of India free of cost by charging Rupees one as token value of land in relaxation of rule/instructions as a special case.

It also decided to provide 1-65-83 hectare forest land at Mohal Kaswati Nasogi Manali and Mohal Kaswati Chhiyal Viha, Manali in favour of H.P. Bus Stand Management and Development Authority for construction of multi storeyed car parking and bus stand at Manali, district Kullu for 99 years on lease amount of Rs. 16583 per year with 5 percent increase after every five years.

The Cabinet decided to provide land measuring 00-05-10 hectare in Mauza and tehsil Dharamshala in Kangra district in favour of Kangra Arts Promotion Society (Regd.) Dharamshala on lease amount of Rs. 13,158 annually which would increase by 5 percent after every five years for 99 years.

It also decided to transfer patwar circle Charana from Tehsil Nauradhar to Sub Tehsil Haripur Dhar in Sirmaur district to facilitate the people of this patwar circle.

The Cabinet gave its nod to upgrade Police Post Mehatpur in Una district to Police Station alongwith creation of 19 posts of different categories.

It also decided to upgrade Deputy Superintendent of Police Office at Nurpur in Kangra district to Additional Superintendent of Police Office.

The Cabinet decided to include Gram Panchayat Dharot in  Development Block Nihari by transferring it from Development Block Gohar in Mandi district.

It also decided to open Health Sub Centres at Dayotha and Kot in Kullu district alongwith creation of requisite posts to man these health institutions.

The Cabinet also decided to open Primary Health Centres at  Khanyol Bagra, Charkhari, Seri and Jaidevi in Mandi district alongwith creation of requisite posts to manage this Centres.

It also decided to upgrade Community Health Centre Baldwara in Mandi district to 50 bedded Civil Hospital along with creation of 11 posts of different categories to man this Hospital.
