HP Assembly Winter Session adjourns sine-die

The Five days winter session of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly adjourned sine die by the speaker here on Wednesday.
Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar said before announcing session adjourned sine die that house conducted 27 hrs and 30 minutes proceeding in five the five seating’s.
During the session as many five Legislation were presented, discuss and passed in the house and five private resolutions were presented by the members out of which three were replied and explained by the concern Minister. One private Member resolution introduced in the last session was replied by the minister.
Two private Members resolution which could not be discussed or replied in the session would be postpone for next Assembly session.
During the session as many as 381 starred and 138 un starred queries were raised by the members and replied in the house.
Under rule 61 and 62 , one and five issues were presented, discuss and replied by the government , under rule 130 About seven proposal and under rule 324 as many as 13 subjects were raised under calling attention an also answer by the government.
The official memorandum and report of about 22 Vidhan sabha Committee and CAG reports on the state finance , revenue and public enterprises were presented during the session. Ministers of State Government also presented suo moto statement in the house.
On the first day of Winter Session the house paid obituaries reference to the demise of Former Minister G S Bali and former member Dr Shiv Kumar and Bodhraj and former CDS General Bipin Rawat and others jawan died in Helicopter crash in Kanoor on Dec 8.
