Hoshiar Singh Betrayed the Trust of Dehra’s People: Rajeev Rana

Rajeev Rana, Chairman of the Provincial Working and Employee Congress and in-charge of Dehra Assembly, campaigned door-to-door and held a street meeting in Ward-7 of Behan in support of Congress candidate Kamlesh Thakur.

Rajeev Rana stated that Hoshiar Singh has betrayed the trust of Dehra’s people. For the first time in history, an MLA has resigned and is now seeking votes to become an MLA again. Instead of thinking about Dehra, the former MLA prioritized his own interests. However, seeing the love and faith the people of Dehra have shown towards their daughter Kamlesh Thakur, it is now certain that Kamlesh Thakur will win by a huge margin from Dehra.

Rana highlighted that the government of the common people has undertaken public interest initiatives such as the Old Pension Scheme, the ₹1500 Pyari Bahna Samman Nidhi, ₹4500 crore in disaster relief, and the development of Dehra into an SP district, among other projects like the multi-crore zoo. This proves that the Congress Sukhu government is a government for the common masses. After Kamlesh Thakur’s victory, the development of Dehra will accelerate significantly.

Speaking about Dehra, Rana remarked that the people had elected Hoshiar Singh as an independent candidate for five years, but he deceived the people of Dehra due to his personal interests and betrayed their trust. The BJP’s mine mafia candidate used the people solely for his own benefit. The people of Dehra have now firmly decided that they will no longer tolerate Hoshiar Singh’s tactics, and they plan to defeat the BJP candidate.

Rana also mentioned that BJP workers and affiliates feel suffocated in their own party after Hoshiar Singh joined. Rajeev Rana campaigned alongside Dr. Pushpinder Sharma, Shaurya Thakur, Ward member Ankit Kumar, Vishal Rana, Ashwani Kumar Seth, Subedar Dinesh Rana, and other local officials.
