Himachal Transport Department invites applications for stage carriage bus routes
A spokesperson of the Transport Department informed here today that to strengthen the public transport system in the state, applications were invited for operating stage carriage vehicles on selected routes. He said that interested Himachali unemployed youth could apply for 57-stage carriage bus routes among various districts.
He said that online applications can be submitted till 21st March 2024. The list of selected routes is available on the department’s official website http://himachal.nic.in/transport. He urged that before applying, the applicants should inspect the concerned route carefully. He said that for the conditions of published routes and other clarifications etc., one can contact the office of the concerned Regional Transport Officer on any working day.
