Himachal Kisan Sabha condemned trampling of Farmers at Lakhimpur

Himachal Kisan Sabha has strongly condemned the incident of trampling of farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh, terming it as a grossly inhuman act. 
Paying tribute to the martyr farmers, the Kisan Sabha has demanded the immediate arrest of the culprits, including Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra, and booking him under section 302 of IPC.
State President of the Sabha, Dr. Kuldeep Singh Tanwar in a press statement issued here today demand that the impartial inquiry should be conducted into the incident by Supreme Court judge.
 Kisan Sabha also demand  immediate dismissal of the Union Minister of State for Home.
It is shameful that instead of talking to the farmers, the central government is trying to crush them with sticks and bullets  to end the peaceful movement in a dictatorial manner.
 Mr  Tanwar said that in a public meeting on September 25, the Union Minister of State for Home had threatened to end the agitation in 2 minutes and today his son is being accused of crushing the farmers.
 The farmer leader said that carrying out such an incident just a day after the non-violence day clearly shows that the central government has no faith in the democracy and wants to suppress all voices being raised against.
 Dr. Tanwar said that this barbaric act would be strongly opposed by the whole country as well as in Himachal. 
He said that the martyrdom of the farmers would not go in vain and after this incident, the farmers’ movement would become stronger.
