Himachal government will take any decision on outsourced employees only within the ambit of law

The Resentment is simmering among the unorganized state sector employees who were hired from their outsourced services as many of them have shown doors by Congress Government in the state.

CM Sukhwinder Sukhu said on Tuesday at the inauguration of Chief Minister Sukhashraya Yojana that the Himachal government would not make such a mistake, which was made by former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala. 

He said that the law regarding terminated outsourced employees is being studied. No policy was found for those who engaged during the Corona period.

He said that Om Prakash Chautala also made a slight mistake. He served his punishment by staying in jail for 10 years. Therefore, the government will take any decision only within the ambit of law.

In fact, on September 30 itself, the Himachal government discharged 1844 Corona warriors and 34 security personnel of IGMC. The opposition is attacking the Sukhu government regarding this.

A PIL also moved in the Himachal Pradesh High Court before the Bench of Chief Justice M.S Ramchandra Rao and Justice Jyotsana Rawal Dua but the court didn’t hear the matter.

Chief Justice said that termination of Nurses couldn’t be permitted as a PIL as it is a service matter.

The aggrieved nurses could move before the court by filling services matter but one could not be allowed file PIL on their behalf. On the prayer of the petitioner court allowed to hear the matter after two days on the issue of admissibility of PIL.
