Himachal got a gift of 8478 crores in the general budget: Kashyap
Shimla, BJP State President and MP Suresh Kashyap said that the BJP strongly condemns the way the government has closed government offices across the state and after that it is trying to mislead the public.
The offices which are opened in Himachal Pradesh are not opened within 1 year, the budget is allotted for it, and these institutions are opened only after the approval of the government’s cabinet and the departments of the government.
The way Congress is making statements to hide its mistake, it is a completely unsuccessful attempt to mislead the public.
There are two cyber police stations and one AIIMS police station which were de-notified by the Congress government, they have been reopened. Now it seems that the Congress is slowly understanding the importance of these government offices.
He said that Himachal Pradesh is getting big gifts from the Center but 90% share in that gift is being done by the Center and 10% share is being done by the State until Himachal Pradesh government does not put 10% share in those big schemes. Himachal Pradesh will not be able to benefit.
The government should deposit its share as soon as possible and the public should be benefited from the gift the center is giving.
He said that Shimla is doing good work as a smart city in Himachal Pradesh and now Shimla City Municipal Corporation has come up with a new type of technology to produce electricity from waste and its test is also going to be done soon, if If it becomes successful, then it will be promoted all over the country.
He said that this time the Union Budget is historic and in this Himachal Pradesh has got many gifts worth Rs 8478 crore, mainly three big rail projects and projects running on Kalka Shimla rail. Himachal Pradesh has got many projects including Nursing College.
