Himachal Congress remembering the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi

 Remembering the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi, at the state Congress headquarters, Rajiv Bhawan, Congress leaders paid heartfelt tributes to him. During this, a two-minute silence was also observed in his honor.

In his brief address, Vikramaditya Singh called upon the party workers to follow the path of truth and non-violence shown by Bapu and strengthen the unity and integrity of the country.

During this, on the concluding occasion of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, a program was organized by the State Congress Committee at the party headquarters, in which State Government’s Public Works and Youth Services and Sports Minister Vikramaditya Singh unfurled the national flag and Congress Seva Dal contingent hoisted the flag guard Jai Prakash. Saluted the national flag under the leadership of Thakur. Sunita Thakur, Surendra Verma, Naresh Verma, Naresh Thakur and Hem Chand Sharma were included in the Seva Dal’s salute contingent.

Vikramaditya Singh said in his address that the Bharat Jodo Yatra of senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has sent a strong message of patriotism and harmony among the common people in the country. He said that the way democracy is being tried to be weakened today is very unfortunate. Rahul Gandhi has created a history by walking 3500 kilometers which will always be remembered.

Vikramaditya Singh said that today the first phase of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo campaign has concluded in Srinagar. He said that now Hath Se Hath Jodo campaign is being started in all the states of the country.

He said that state Congress President Pratibha Singh has started this campaign from Joginder Nagar on January 26 and leaders of their respective areas will participate in this campaign in all the districts and blocks of the state. He said that this campaign will continue for two months in the state, in which party officials will give a written message of Rahul Gandhi to each house to hoist the party flag and strengthen mutual brotherhood.
