Himachal Congress raised the issue of stranded Indian students in Ukraine

Congress member Jagat Singh Negi today lashed out at the Modi Government by alleging that it could not evacuate 18000 Indian Stranded students from Ukraine but the Government is trying to become the Vishva guru eulogizing its image. Raising this issue during the Governor Address Congress member said that the Indian Government could not evacuate stranded students from Ukraine. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Bhardwaj tried to intervene with the members stating that matters of international affairs’ could not be discuss in the house alleging to digress the confine of Guv address. ” Former BJP chief Minister Shanta Kumar has given a statement copy of which member claimed to be lying in the house,”  Mr Negi said quoting Mr Kumar that corruption and loot is continuing under the BJP rule. Congress members said that the Sanitizer Scam took place in the state secretariat under the nose of the government and people were suffocating without having Oxygen cylinder in the Hospital. The Centre Government was late to announce the lockdown in time as it was busy organizing ‘Namaste Trump’ and indulged in toppling Madhya Pradesh Congress rule. Members said that ruling BJP did not not mention anything about its vision document(manifesto of BJP).  Health Minsiter Rajiv Sehjal pointed out that the member stated in the house that the Govt left people to die in the hospital during Covid management and should be deleted from the proceedings from the assembly. However, the Speaker said that he would study the content of a member’s speech made in the house to see if it was derogatory and should not go in the record. Speaking on Guv address Mr Sukhu also raised the issue of stranded 15000 Kharkiv demands that the Prime Minister should show a 56 inch chest to evacuate the stranded students. He said that Congress prime ministers including Indra Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi always laid their life for the cause of the nation. He said that Congress chief minister Beant Singh showed resentment over the remarks made against the first Prime Minister J L Nehru . He said that is testing time to show the large heartedness to take out all the Indian students from Kharkiv. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu alleged that not a single government officer was booked by the state government in the Mandi hooch tragedy. He demanded stringent legislation to curb the the illicit trade by amending the Excise Act. Alleging the rape of River by the mining Mafia he said that a stone crusher and Seven JCB was indulged  in the ilegal mining in Beas River in Bilaspur but the culprits was allowed to run the show as it has raided by a police officer. Mr Sukhu said that by implementing the recommendation of 6th pay commission, the state government confused the employees by giving different options. He said that employees are seeking to end the anomalies in the pay scale. Taking jib on the Chief Minister’s health problems and hospitalisation at AIIMS Mr Sukhu said that it is a matter of pleasure that Mr Thakur is healthy now and among us today but Mr Thakur should also do something for Doctors who administered injections to the Chief Minister after he became ill.
