HC defer hearing on multi-crore pipe purchase deal of Jai Ram Thakur Government

Himachal Pradesh High court deferred hearing of multi crore pipe deals on Tuesday  the process has already stayed by the court now fixed hearing on November 10 now. Single bench of justice Sabina fixed the hearing of the case on November 10. Counsel for the petitioner Rashmi Metafiks Advocate Sanjeev Bhushan said that Petitioner has challenged the Jal Shakti Vivhag’s pipe purchase bidding tunes to Rs 15 Crore. The Petitioner has challenged the action of rigging of the bid by the Jai Ram Thakur Government after forming a cartel of four companies. Rashmi Metafiks challenged the rigging of bids in violation of  awarded to the company . IPH Minister Mohanider Singh also impleaded party by the Petitioner challenging flouting the condition of tender. High court has already stayed the process of pipe deal .
