Guv convenes HP Assembly budget session
Himachal Pradesh Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Thursday convened the budget session of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly at historic Council Chamber here from Feb 23 to Mar 15, 2022.
A notification of session issued here today by Secretary Vidhan sabha Mr Yashpal Sharma said that the house would be in session for 21 days and begin on Feb 23 , 2022 with Governor address at 1100hrs.
In the 14 th Session of this 13th legislatuve Assembly there would have total sixteen sittings and five weekly breaks.
On Feb 24 Obituary references to be presented on the demise of Assembly Former members. The house would discuss Guv address with Thanks motion on Guv address( Feb 23 to Feb 28) during four days.
On March 4, Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur would present fifth annual budget for years 2022-23.
Wiith speech of Opposition leader budget discussion would began on March 5 for six days.
Two days(Mar 3 & 10) were scheduled for the Private members business, the annual Budget would be voted on March 14 and house would pass the apporopriant bill on March 15.
