Gugga Navami fair will be celebrated in Pabiana on 17th and 18th August: Vikram

The traditional and famous Gugga Navami fair of Rajgarh region will be celebrated with great enthusiasm on 17th and 18th August in Pabiana. The newly appointed president of the fair management committee Vikram Thakur said that a new committee has been formed for the successful organization of the fair. In which Amar Dutt, Sanjeev Thakur and Prem Thakur have been appointed as vice presidents, Hardev Kumar as secretary, Padamdev, Sanjeev and Surendra as deputy secretaries, Rajendra Thakur as treasurer. While Naresh, Vivek, Satpal, Ranjot, Sukhdev, Sohan Singh and Vinod have been appointed as chief advisors and Kavil Dev and Surendra as spokespersons and Narendra, Prempal and Manish as media in-charge.
Chairman Vikram Thakur said that the fair will be inaugurated with the traditional worship of Gugga Maharaj. A huge wrestling competition will be organized in the fair in which the winner of Badi Mali will get a prize of 31 thousand rupees and the winner of Choti Mali will get a prize of 15 thousand rupees.
He said that this fair will be non-political and only those people have been included in the fair committee who have been members of the committee for the last five years. He requested all the members to give their constructive cooperation in organizing the fair so that excellent arrangements can be made for the people coming to see the fair.
