Govt’s failure to put a question mark on the divinity, grandeur, and sanctity of Kullu Dussehra : Bindal

This is the first time in the history of the state that so much mismanagement has been seen in the historical Kullu Dussehra, said BJP State President Dr. Bindal. He said that Kullu Dussehra is an international festival of Himachal Pradesh and this festival impacts the entire state and the country. It is clearly visible that there is mismanagement here that the present Congress government is changing the system only in name and on the ground the system is moving in the opposite direction. Putting a question mark on the divinity, grandeur and sanctity of Dussehra festival is a failure of the government and is condemnable.

Himachal Pradesh is the land of Gods and Goddesses and the people of the state have been respecting the customs and traditions of the Gods for many decades, but this time something opposite was seen in Kullu Dussehra. When the Gods arrived in Kullu, they were honored by the government. Their honor was hurt by not giving them proper place and after that the manner in which the place of deities was set on fire is not a good sign.

Bindal said that questions are being raised on the arrangements of Kullu Dussehra. If you talk about the tents given for the deities, then questions have also been raised on their standards, how those tents catch fire, Shouldn’t the government have made proper arrangements regarding the fire? Is this not a failure of the government?

The changing system indicates that local politics has started having a huge impact on local fairs, programs and festivals.
