Recently, vocational teachers are repeatedly raising their issue before the government. Union head Ashwani Datwalia ji says that the government should merge professional teachers in the department and bring them under permanent policy. At the same time, he said that if the government merges the vocational teachers in the department by excluding the companies, then the government will get a financial benefit of 6 crore 37 lakh 5 thousand 600 every year. It is worth mentioning that the companies that employ vocational teachers charge 14% management charge, which is 6 crore 37 lakh 5 thousand 600 per year. After grabbing such a huge amount, only a few companies were able to pay the salaries, the rest of the companies are still unable to pay the salaries on time. Even after the 12th date, the vocational teachers have not yet received their salaries, whereas according to the MOU with the government, these salaries Should have received by 7th. After facing the arbitrariness of the companies for almost 10 years, the vocational teachers are getting upset and demanding a permanent policy from the government. Along with this, vocational teachers say that if the government takes them under its control, then there will be no financial burden on the government, on the contrary, the government will get its benefit and vocational teachers will also get freedom from exploitation. Where the Himachal government is facing a financial crisis, the funds worth crores can be saved from being misused by ousting these companies. Appreciating the government, the Professional Teachers Association said that they have full faith in the government. Where the government has resolved the complex issue like OPS and provided relief to lakhs of people, they are confident that the government will soon resolve the issue of vocational teachers. Vocational teachers have high expectations from the budget this time as well.
