Government of India has approved ₹7.62 crore for the 5-Km-long Pabiana-Serjagas road in Rajgarh
Under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), the Government of India has approved ₹7.62 crore for the 5-kilometer-long Pabiana-Serjagas road in the Rajgarh subdivision. This will be widened and paved. Pawan Garg, Executive Engineer, PWD, Rajgarh Division, confirmed this. He stated that after receiving the approval letter, the tender process and other formalities will be completed to begin construction.
A meeting was held in Serjagas on Sunday to commemorate the generous funding sanctioned by the Government of India for this road. Serjagas Panchayat head Randev Singh, deputy head Pawan Thakur, and BDC member Suman, along with local dignitaries Indra Singh Thakur, Ram Prakash Thakur, Ranjot Singh Thakur, Sukhdev Thakur, Sakesh Sharma, Prem Thakur, Satpal Thakur, Shamsher Thakur, Bhag Singh Thakur, Naresh Thakur, Kapil Thakur, Rajendra Chauhan, Vikram Thakur, Narendra Chauhan, Ajay, Ranjeet Kamlesh, Sonu Ram, and other residents of the area, expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister JP Nadda, Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, MP Suresh Kashyap, and local MLA Reena Kashyap.
He stated that MP Suresh Kashyap played a significant role in securing approval for this project from the Government of India. His tireless efforts have fulfilled a long-standing demand of the people of the Serjagas region. With the construction of this road, the developing paragliding site in Serjagas will now establish its own identity on the world stage. Its construction will boost tourism and provide new dimensions to the economic and social development of the entire Rajgarh region.
