Former MLA CL Ghachli passes away
Former Legislator of Kasauli Assembly Mr. Chaman Lal Gachli pased away at his native village in Parwanoo on Sunday, family members of MLA informed
He was 76 and died after cardiac arrest as he went to sleep having his tea on Saturday afternoon but did not wake up.
The cremation of MLA is performed at 1609 hrs on Sunday near his village.
Mr Ganchi joined politics in 2967 as he contested Election on Janata party ticket from Kasouli leaving his practice in the court as a lawyer
MLa also made three attempt to fight the Assembly poll in f-1985, 1990 and 1997 but remained unsuccessful.
He joined Himachal Pradesh Vikas Congress un 1998 and appointed as vice-chairman of state SC/ST corporation.
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has condoled the sad demise of Chaman Lal Ghachli, former MLA from Kasauli in Solan district from 1977 to 1982. Chaman Lal Ghachli breathed his last at his Parwanoo residence today morning.
The Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
