The previous government has handed over vehicles full of facilities to the Forest Department and it is the responsibility of the government to use them. Apart from the damage to the forests due to fire, there is also a serious threat to the animals and the environment. He said that due to the fire, water sources are drying up, the flame of the burning forests of the state is also affecting the glaciers, which has posed a serious threat to the environment. Bhardwaj said that water, forests and land are our heritage, but every year there is a loss of crores of rupees due to forest fires. He has called it a serious challenge for the coming future.

Bhardwaj said that the Chief Minister is waiting for some big incident. They formed the government by making false declarations, guarantees and slogans but are unable to take care of the lives and property of their own MLAs and the public. He said that many animals are dying in the forests and the government is behaving insensitive, insensitive and irresponsible. The people of the state are suffering from fire, the forest wealth has been burnt to ashes. The Chief Minister should resign for this irresponsible act.

He said that in the last 15 to 20 days, fires broke out at 31 places in Himachal Pradesh. In this, pump house and PHC in Hamirpur were also set on fire. The forests of Solan have also been burning for the last one week, the fire broke out around the Kalka-Shimla track due to which four trains had to be stopped.
