Five PRI representative elected unopposed
Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi said that five Panchayat Raj Institution representative were elected unopposed as the returning officer announced their results of the bye-elections to the Gram Panchayats of Shimla today.
He informed that Lokendra Singh was elected vice president of Kayartu Gram Panchayat of Theog subdivisions and Anupama of Malandi GP of Kumarsain unopposed.
Poonam Rawat elected unopposed as Ward Member of Sarswati of Jubbal Kotkhai, Mahendra Singh of Gram Panchayat Delatha and Nisha Thakur of Gram Panchayat Dhalli of district Shimla. respectively.
