Five died in road accidents in Kinnaur and Shimla District
Five person died three others injured in separate road mishap occurred in Kinnuar and Shimla district on Sunday , senior official confirmed.
Four person died in a road accident on Sunday when a car carrying five person fell near Chhitkul under Sangla Subdivision of Kinnuar district this afternoon, the state official confirmed.
Superintendent of Police Kinnaur Mr. Ashok Ratna told us that three persons died on the spot and one in the hospital in a road accident at Sangla Chhitkul road near Batseri Gate, when a Car (HP-25A-4725) met fell down in the deep gorge.
Two person are injured rushed two Civil Hospital Sangla where one of injured succumbed to injuries.
Victim were going from Roghi village in the district to Batseri village procession.
According to eyewitnesses the car went out of control and fell on in deep gorge.
The deceased have been identified as Jialal village Roghi, Kishori Lal Roghi village, Ajay village Runang, the same injured persons have been identified as Ramesh village Roghi, Madan Lal village Kilba.
All bodies were recovered by the police. Body of deceased handed over to the family members after the postmortem.
Another road mishap occurred at Mini-Jangla area of Rohru, District Shimla in which one car met with an accident. One persondied and two people are injured.
Superintendent of police Shimla Ms Monika Bhutunguru said that body of deceased is recovered and injured were immediately rushed to civil hospital Rohru.
