Fire incident at SDM Office Padhar in Mandi District

A major fire broke out in Subdivision Magistrate Office at Padhar in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, a state government spokesperson said.

An incident of Fire occurred at SDM Office Padhar Distt. Mandi Padhar (Mini secretariat) district Mandi at 0630hrs today. In this incident computers, printers, and all records of the license branch burnt due to fire and some records that were partially burnt have been pulled out.

Soon after the fire broke out officials of the Police, Fire, and electricity department were on the spot. The fire has been brought under control. 

There is no loss of human life has been reported. A fire broke out due to a short circuit. Padhar is about 150 km state capital Shimla.
