Fagu-Theog Student Association Hosts Vibrant Event at Gaiety Theater Shimla

The Gaiety Theater in Shimla came alive on Monday with the vibrant beats of Pahari music as the Fagu-Theog Student Organization hosted the Shobhla Theog Cultural Program. The event, a celebration of Himachali culture, saw enthusiastic participation from youth and guests alike, creating an unforgettable experience.

The program commenced with the traditional Saraswati Vandana, followed by a series of cultural performances. A highlight of the evening was the spellbinding Nati dance by 25-year-old Aradhya, which earned resounding applause from the audience. Alongside Nati, performances of Bollywood and other songs added diversity to the cultural repertoire.

The event reached its peak when renowned Nati King Kuldeep Sharma took the stage, captivating the audience with hits like Ho Neelma, Shilpa Shimla Aliye, and Ande Jande City Mar De. The crowd couldn’t resist joining in, transforming the theater into a dance floor.

Dignitaries Add to the Glamour
The event was graced by Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Anirudh Singh as the chief guest, along with Jokta Academy’s MD, Suresh Jokta. Both lauded the organization’s efforts in promoting Himachali culture among the youth.

Key figures from the Fagu-Theog Student Organization, including Chairman Jagdeep Thakur, Organizer Abhishek Chandel, Advisor Himanshu Sharma, President Shivang Jagta, Vice President Anshika Chandel, and Muskan Thakur, played pivotal roles in making the event a success.

The program not only showcased the cultural richness of Himachal Pradesh but also brought the community together in a celebration of tradition and talent.
