Easy transfer of power in Himachal as Cong successful draw concensus on CM post

State likely to witness smooth transfer of power from BJP to Congress as party high command successfully draw concensus on the post of new Chief minister after two days long brain storming session of group and individual meeting with newly elected legislative party MLAs. Putting ends to all infighting speculations, the Himachal Pradesh Congress chief Pratibha Singh has stated that they accept the decision by the High command. Talking to media persons Singh, acknowledged the verdict of the Congress legislature to have Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu as the Chief Minister of the State was acceptable to all. Congress leader are not on the same page before convening new party legislative Member meeting however to control damage party highcommand successfully by discussing leadership issue thread and bare to draw concensus. To keep party together before the CLP meeting the name of Sukhu was formally announced as CM. Also Mukesh Agnihotri has shortlisted to be Deputy Chief Minister. However other cabinet members are yet to be disclosed by the party. On Friday, the newly elected CLP Members had asked party high command to elect Congress legislative party leader or Chief minister candidate. All legislators had passed a resolution unanimously empowering AICC high command to elect new CLP leader or Chief minister on their behalf. This meeting was attended by Congress central observers Chhatisgarh Chief minister Bhupesh Bhagel, Haryana former CM Bhupinder Hooda, himself, co-incharge Gurukirat Singh Kotli, Sanjay Dutt, Tajinder Pal Bitu, party state president Pratibha Singh, party campaign committee in-charge Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and leader of Opposition in last Vidhan Sabha Mukesh Agnihotri. There after today, after number of meetings and deliberations with high command and elected legislature, it was decided that another CLP meeting at the Vidhan Sabha be convened, and then the announcement be done. There are reports that around 23-24 elected MLAs also supported the name of Sukhu as Chief Minister. Now Congress party have decided to Administerated oath to new council of ministers at 11 am tomorrow at Rajbhavan.
