Do not share personal information if you receive fraudulent calls and messages : Alka Sarta

A financial literacy camp was organized at Janedghat by Vikas Khand Mashobra and Agrani Bank Shimla. Detailed information was given about banking digital payment, security insurance, the right investment of money, pension, bank loan process, etc. Assistant Manager of Agrani UCO Bank Shimla, Alka Sarta said that cyber crime has started increasing a lot these days. She appealed to be cautious of fraud calls, fraud websites, and messages coming continuously. She clarified that the bank does not make any kind of call to any bank customer. If any fraud call comes, do not share your bank account, Aadhar card PIN number, etc. with them. She also urged people not to fall prey to fraudulent websites and messages and not share any of their information on the websites otherwise all the money will be withdrawn from the bank account.
Senior Manager of UCO Bank Junga, Amit Kaul, State Cooperative Bank Janedghat Abhinay Sharma also gave detailed information to the people who came to the camp about the various government schemes being run through the bank. On this occasion, Pooja Sharma of Mashobra Block expressed her gratitude to the bank officials for playing an important role in the financial literacy camp.
About 80 people including Janedghat Panchayat and local school children and staff of Mashobra Block participated in the camp.
