Disabled assessment camp will be organized at CH Junga on 1st March : Satish Sharma

Courtesy of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, a special camp for disability assessment is being organized at Civil Hospital Junga on 1st March. In which the disabled persons will be examined by a medical board of eight specialist doctors and disability certificates will also be issued on the spot. Tehsil Welfare Officer Shimla Rural Satish Sharma said that the disabled persons who have not yet got their disability certificate made should come to the camp and get themselves tested. For which the disabled person will have to bring along with him Himachali certificate, Aadhar card, copy of family and two passport size photographs.
Satish Sharma told that after the issue of disability certificate by the Medical Board, eligible disabled person will get pension of Rs 1150 to 1700 per month and disability marriage grant of Rs 25 thousand to Rs 50 thousand and children studying in educational institutions will get Rs 650 to 5000. Scholarship up to Rs.
Medical in-charge of Civil Hospital Junga, Dr. Manoj Verma said that in this camp, any person other than the disabled can get their health checked. He told that eight specialist doctors will provide their services in the camp. In which pediatrician Dr. Akanksha Nadda, ENT specialist Dr. Deeksha, ophthalmologist Dr. Poonam, orthopedic specialist Dr. Ravi Thakur, medicine specialist Dr. Shreya Sharma, psychiatrist Dr. Devika Chauhan, psychologist Dr. Deep Rathore and ophthalmology officer Vikas Gupta provided their services. Will do. Dr. Manoj told that in this camp, free diagnostic tests of the patients will be done in Krasna Lab and Hospital Lab. He has urged the people of Junga area to take full advantage of this camp.
