CPI(M) put former Deputy Mayor Tekinder Singh Panwar in fray from Shimla urban

Communist party of India Marxist today decided to put former Deputy Mayor in fray from Shimla urban assembly constituency. The party secretary Dr Onkar Shad said in a press release issued here today that former deputy mayor of Shimla Tekinder Singh Panwar would in the fray for Shimla urban. Mr. Panwar have strong hold among party cadre mostly hospitality workers, students, common man moreover he have deep penetration cross section of society and high regard among the political opponents. Mr Panwar plunged into the public life from the students politics and he is alumna matter of St Edwards School. Mr Panwar hailed from peasantry class belonged from Dharmpur area of Solan district. He elected as Deputy Mayor along with party Mayor Sanjay Chauhan in direct Political on the party symbol in 2012. During his stint as Deputy Mayor he lost assembly poll in 2012 and got around 7000 votes. Joining race Tekinder Singh Panwar made the in the electoral battle triangular and interesting in capital town Shimla. He is being projected as strong candidate in front others two main Political outfits in town. The electoral profile of Shimla broadly divide among highlanders and rest . It is first time that no highlanders may give tough fight in the poll. Mr Panwar was currently posted as whole timers with central party office at Delhi. While talking about his candidature he stated that he was not keen to contest here however he have put himself in the race for assembly elections under the strong demand from local party cadre and unit. He have recently launched Forum Against Corruption to exposed BJP government to misuse public funds.
