Courts to accept down loaded copy of bail order 

Himachal Pradesh High court directed all presiding officers of the courts in state to accept the downloaded copy of bail or interim order in one page order issued by the Registrar (Vigilance) Mr V K Sharma said.  High court spokesperson told us on Wednesday that order was issued on june 3 and sent to all courts. Registar said in the order that instructions of acceptance of downloaded copies of the bail orders or interim orders has passed by Himachal Pradesh High Court. Mr Sharma said that this order was passed by the court after noticed that whenever the litigants as well as lawyers are submitting the downloaded copies of bail orders or interim orders passed by the High Court before the trial court , the Presiding Officer ( s ) of the trial Courts are insisting for certified copies of such orders . ” This practice is cumbersome , causing inconvenience to the litigants and also contravening of the fundamental rights of the under trials . ” one page letter sent to all judged and judicial officers said. Subordinate courts are asked to accept the downloaded copies of the bail orders or interim orders passed by theHigh Court. The downloaded copy of order to be signed by the counsel of  representing parties however , before accepting such order it could be got verified from the High Court website .
