Congress will continue to oppose Amit Shah until he apologizes for the insult to Ambedkar : Pratibha

State Congress President and former MP Pratibha Singh has said that the Congress will continue to oppose Amit Shah until he apologizes to the country for the insult he did to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in the Parliament. She has said that he has not only insulted Ambedkar but also the Constitution of this country. For this, he should immediately apologize to the country.
Today, while addressing a joint press conference at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan, State Congress President Pratibha Singh and All India Congress Committee spokesperson Theog MLA Kuldeep Singh Rathore, Pratibha Singh said that preventing the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi from entering the Parliament is a violation of the rights of the elected representative in a democracy, which cannot be tolerated at any level. She said that the BJP in a pre-planned manner scuffled at the main gate of the Parliament to avoid any discussion on issues like Ambedkar and Adani in the Parliament and to divert the attention of the people. She said that tomorrow on 24 December, the Congress will march against the BJP in all the districts of the state and will submit a memorandum to the President of the country through the District Deputy Commissioners. In the memorandum, the anti-constitutional face of the BJP will be exposed and the demand for the removal of Home Minister Amit Shah from the post will be made. She said that the Congress stands with the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and will fight in solidarity against any injustice.
All India Congress Committee spokesperson Kuldeep Singh Rathore, MLA from Theog, said during this time that the people of the country have now seen the anti-constitutional face of the BJP. The way Home Minister Amit Shah has insulted Baba Saheb, the architect of the Constitution, inside the Parliament can never be tolerated. He said that the BJP has always been against the Constitution and communal unity. He said that on the call of the All India Congress Committee, tomorrow on 24 December, the Congress will hold a protest march against Amit Shah across the country and submit a memorandum to His Excellency the President in all the districts of the country.
Kuldeep Singh Rathore said that the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi is becoming the strong voice of the country. He said that the BJP is hatching various conspiracies to suppress his voice in Parliament. First he was declared ineligible for Parliament, then his government residence was vacated in a hurry and now the way Rahul Gandhi was manhandled at the main gate of Parliament, he was prevented from entering and later criminal cases were registered against him under various sections, it is clear that the BJP is trying to harass and discourage him. He said that the manhandling with Rahul Gandhi was a pre-planned conspiracy of the BJP to divert people’s attention from major issues. He said that Rahul Gandhi is neither going to be afraid of any dictatorship of the BJP nor is he going to back down. He said that along with Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi has also become a strong voice of the Congress who is raising the voice of the country’s problems and people inside the Parliament.
