Himachal Congress to stage protest tomorrow against defamation case on Rahul Gandhi
Himachal Congress to protest across the state tomorrow against the decision taken in a defamation case against former President of All India Congress Committee, MP Rahul Gandhi. This protest will be done in all the district headquarters and all the blocks.
On the call of the All India Congress Committee, the Congress will organize a protest demonstration across the country tomorrow. He has said that this decision against Rahul Gandhi has come due to political pressure and Congress is standing with Rahul Gandhi against this decision.
State Congress General Secretary Amit Pal Singh has asked all the district presidents and block presidents of the state to organize this protest demonstration and all party leaders, office bearers, heads of leading organizations and departments and officials have been asked to participate in this protest demonstration.
State Congress President MP Pratibha Singh termed as unfortunate the decision of Surat Sessions Court to punish senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, former President of All India Congress Committee, in a defamation case.
Pratibha Singh has said that Rahul Gandhi is fighting the battle of truth, and truth always wins. She has said that the entire Congress is standing with Rahul Gandhi. The fight for justice against injustice will continue. She has said that an appeal will be made in the higher court against this decision and Rahul Gandhi will be proved innocent.
