Congress minister has Kangana phobia: Bihari

BJP State General Secretary Bihari Lal Sharma said that it seems that Congress leaders have developed Kangana phobia and this is one of the reasons due to which Congress leaders are continuously making comments on Kangana.

He said that Congress ministers have become so engrossed in the intoxication of power that they are not able to differentiate between right and wrong.

He said that insulting women is an old habit of the Congress Party and if you search the history, you will find many such examples.

He said that there are 1359497 voters in Mandi parliamentary constituency. This includes 690534 male and 668963 female voters, including 2900 service voters.
