Congress leaders are calling rebel MLAs back by calling them: Jairam Thakur

Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur of BJP  said that on the one hand, the Chief Minister makes vulgar statements about the rebel MLAs from the stage, while on the other hand, three big leaders of his party call him and request him to come back. They are being given various kinds of inducements. They are being lured from restoration of membership to ministry and other posts. On the other hand, Congress is harassing its party MLAs by misusing power. Business establishments of MLAs are being targeted. A wall is being erected in front of his house. Notices are being sent to demolish their houses. The government is harassing the MLAs illegally. He said that the government should stop the politics of revenge. He also urged the officers to work within the ambit of law.

Addressing reporters here today, Thakur said that due to the arbitrariness of the Chief Minister, such a situation has arisen in the state today. It was only on the instructions of the Congress Party that the Congress candidates had filled out the fake forms of Samman Nidhi, but after the formation of the government, there was no talk about it. The same MLA is saying today that he was not able to answer the public’s questions. Every day women used to ask him, Brother, when will she get Rs 1500. When he talked to the Chief Minister about those questions, he got nothing but humiliation. He is openly saying that the Chief Minister did not leave any option before him. The Chief Minister is responsible for whatever is happening.

Thakur said that the state president of Congress has come out in the media and openly said that Congress workers are disappointed and hence she will not contest the elections. The State President’s refusal to contest elections by raising questions on the activities of his government makes it clear what is the position of the government. Now big Congress leaders are busy trying to woo him. She is convincing him to contest the elections. Today Congress is not finding the candidates it is looking for. Every development-oriented person and popular political leader of the country today wants to work under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
