All India Congress Committee spokesperson Charanjit Singh Sapra said that the Congress is organizing a national talent hunt across the country to prepare youth for advancement and media engagement at the national and state levels. The program will recruit party media coordinators, panelists, spokespersons, and researchers. Interviews are being conducted in the state for young and energetic individuals who have applied.
Speaking at a press conference at the state Congress headquarters, Rajiv Bhawan, Sapra said that the state will soon be provided with a Congress media team that will firmly present the Congress’s policies and programs to the state. He said that after the interviews are completed, they will be shortlisted and the party will appoint them to these positions based on their skills. He added that after appointment, these individuals will also receive training so they can perform their duties efficiently.
