According to information received through RTI, the present Congress government has taken a loan of Rs 10,300 crore in the last 10 months. We believe that apart from this, the government has also taken loans of about Rs 1000 crore from other institutions. This means that a loan of Rs 11300 crore was taken in 10 months, that is, the present Congress Party government has made preparations to take a loan of Rs 60 thousand crore in the 5 years of government.

Dr. Bindal said that this loan of Rs 12000 crore will be given in the situation when the government of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu did not open even a single new institute in the state.

Not even a single old institution was upgraded.

Not a single doctor was recruited in the health department, not a single paramedical was recruited. Same is the situation in education and other departments, that is, in one year employees have retired but new recruitment has taken place.

Development work is stopped in the state, only those works are going on for which approval and funds have been received from the Central Government. Such as Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Central Road Fund, those buildings of the Health Department in which central funds are sanctioned, Jal Jeevan Mission whose entire money has come from the Centre, four lane highway which is being built directly by the Central Government. These are also being repaired, the roads of BRO (Border Road Organization) whose entire work is being done by the agencies of the Central Government, the work of railway expansion is also completely under the Central Government, the building of IIM and the building of Central University etc. -Etcetera.
