There is a stabbing and on the contrary, thousands of people who are employed are being fired from their jobs, what could be a bigger chaos than this? Zilla Parishad workers are on the road, they were given false promises. SMC teachers are on the streets, they were given false promises and Corona Warriors have become crying victims of the Congress government, what could be a bigger chaos than this? Law and order is in ruins from Chamba to Sirmaur. A Dalit youth is brutally murdered in Chamba district. Thousands of people come out on the streets but the government does not feel even an iota of anger or sorrow and this series of murders, rapes, thefts and dacoities is going on in full swing. The public is distressed, the government is happy. Law and order depends on Ram. What could be a bigger chaos than that a woman jailer in Sirmaur is taken hostage and looted. In Hamirpur district, women are paraded on the streets with their hair cut, faces blackened and guns being fired in broad daylight and the government sitting idle.
Dr. Bindal said that the Congress government of the state is pretending to be poor. While it is boasting that this will not happen, it has illegally recruited an army of Chief Parliament Secretaries who have increased the burden of expenses on the government by providing them with the entire government staff. Many OSDs/Advisers of cabinet rank are being recruited every day. The losses of loss making government institutions are continuously increasing. On the contrary, where public welfare is directly related, as in the case of Municipal Corporations, Municipal Corporations and Nagar Panchayats, Rs. 100 crores worth of development works have been demanded back. There is no cut in government expenditure, development work is completely stopped, this is chaos.
