Congress government in the state is completely strong and stable : Rajneesh Kimta

State Congress Organization General Secretary Rajneesh Kimta has said that the Congress government in the state is completely strong and stable. The Congress government has full majority and its number will increase after July 13. He has said that the Congress government under the leadership of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu will successfully complete its five-year term.
Rajneesh Kimta, while talking to journalists here today, said that BJP is completely responsible for the assembly by-elections in the state. The BJP’s failed attempt to destabilize the Congress government in the state using money power as part of a conspiracy resulted in four Congress MLAs joining the BJP and facing defeat in these by-elections. He said that now three independent MLAs will also have to face defeat in these elections on BJP ticket.
Kimta has strongly reacted to the statement of former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur in which he is saying that the Congress government of the state is a guest for a few days and said that his statement is against the dignity of his post. He said that there is no basis for this. The government has full majority and there is no threat to it. He said that after the defeat in the assembly by-elections, the BJP is completely on the backfoot. BJP will have to face defeat in the three by-elections to be held in the state. Congress will wave the flag of its victory on these three seats.
Kimta said that the Congress government in the state has fulfilled its promise of giving OPS to employees and honorarium of Rs 1500 to women in its 15-month tenure. BJP is not seeing any public welfare work in the state. He said that the government is fully committed to fulfill all the promises made by Congress to the people of the state. He said that now no conspiracy of BJP is going to succeed in the state.
Kimta said that the way all the ministers and leaders of the Congress government are accelerating the development work in the state under the able guidance of Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, it is clear that the BJP has no issue against the Congress government.

Meanwhile, Rajneesh Kimta, who has been given the responsibility of coordinating with the party leaders in these by-elections by the All India Congress Committee, today interacted with the in-charges and co-in-charges and took complete feedback of these constituencies. He asked all the election in-charges and co-in-charges who have been given responsibilities in these constituencies to immediately start working in the field. He urged the party leaders and officials to discharge their responsibilities properly and said that all the leaders should work in complete coordination with the party workers.
