Congress gives guarantees but doesn’t fulfill: Bindal

State President and former Assembly Speaker Dr. Rajeev Bindal said that the Congress party has renounced its guarantees, the Congress party has understood that it is easy to give guarantees but difficult to fulfill them.

This time, in the election of Shimla Municipal Corporation, the Congress party has given only intentions in its manifesto.

Congress refrained from guarantees, only intentions for Shimla Municipal Corporation.

This was Dr. Rajeev Bindal’s first press conference after becoming the party president.

Bindal, who has been an attacker on the Congress regarding the Shimla Municipal Corporation, said that the Congress had given many guarantees in the assembly elections, but yesterday, for the municipal elections, the Congress had reneged on the guarantees because all the guarantees given by the Congress had failed.

He said that neither the employees got old pensions nor the women got Rs 1500, 22 lakh women of the state are still waiting for Rs 1500.

Now Congress is talking about intentions and promises, its direct tomorrow is clearly visible in the manifesto of Shimla Municipal Corporation.

Bindal asked the Congress that for 25 years the Municipal Corporation of Congress was formed, but under his leadership, even a tunnel of Dhalli could not be built, but the BJP government made a water plan at a cost of 70 crores and completed it within the stipulated time and a new tunnel in Dhalli. Was also constructed at a cost of 53 crores.

He said that the Congress could not even clarify its intentions in the manifesto.

The people of Shimla have understood within four months that the hands of the Congress government have stood up, the people of Shimla have seen Shimla changing in the last five years during the tenure of the BJP. BJP has given many facilities to Shimla city, Congress is scared of this fact.

Dr. Rajeev Bindal said that Himachal Pradesh has received Rs.6500 crore under Smart City and the BJP government has also brought a new drinking water scheme worth Rs.1813 crore for Shimla City. Along with this, the Parvatmala scheme of 1516 crores is also a big gift of the central government to the city of Shimla.

State General Secretary Trilok Jamwal, media in-charge Rakesh Sharma, and co-media in-charge Karan Nanda were present in the press conference.
