Cong to celebrate Virbhadra birthday as Vikas Divas

Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee decided to celebrate  June 23  as Vikas Divas to coumarate birth anniversary of Virbhadra Singh . HPCC Secretary Rajneesh Khimta said that it has been decided to celebrate the 89th birthday of Virbhadra Singh as Vikas Divas in the entire state.  This event would be celebrated every year as a day.  All the office bearers and party workers on the block would participate and after garlanding the photo of their beloved leader, make this day successful by distributing blood donation camps, old age homes, children’s ashrams etc.
