CoMs nod to CM Mobile Clinic scheme

Council of Ministers of Himachal Pradesh gave nod to a new scheme in the state to extend health services to rural areas with help and having all facilities inside inside a mobile clinic. A Cabinet meeting press release issued here today said that scheme was approved by the CoMs  here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur. He said that  scheme was named as as Mukhya Mantri Mobile Clinic and A Mobile Clinic would run in a every Assembly Segment of the State.  These Mobile Clinics would have facilities for testing , consultation , prescription including dispensing of medicine , basic laboratory services , vaccination facilities and procedures by a general practitioner or specialist Doctor to those in remote areas having little access to medical facilities .  This would go a long way in improving access and coverage of health services.
