CM unvail new Bank compus at Rohru
Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur today unvailed new compus of HP State Cooperative Bank Rohru on Tuesday.
Mr. Thakur greeted the employees of bank for serving 16 lakh consumers in state through its 218 branches and 23 extension centres.
Chairman HOSCB Mr Khushi Ram Balnahta welcome Chief Minister for inaugurating this new campus of the bank and detailed various activities of the Bank.
He said that is extending it’s services to far-flung and remotest corners the State.
HPSCB has achieved new milestone by surpassing the magical figure of Rs. 19000 crore gross businesses . The bank has provided Agriculture credit worth of Rs. 1448 crore state farmers.
During the corona pandemic, the bank through its Emergent Credit Line Scheme has provided banking service to the consumers.
Mr Balnatah Rohru branch of the bank has succeeded in providing loans to the tune of Rs. 28.31 crore to over 1050 Kisan Credit Card holders. He said that under the Mukhya Mantri Swavalamban Yojna, this branch has provided an amount of Rs. 1.10 crore to the beneficiaries.
